The EMPLOYEE SUPPORT PROGRAMME is aimed at those affected and infected by HIV / AIDS and therefore makes it accessible to all employees. The ESP allows for continuity of the programme and to ensure employees have a support structure.

Ongoing Voluntary Counselling and Testing is available on site
Posters with Reality Wellness Group contact number and case managers phone number.
Face to face counselling on-site or telephonic counselling for all employees that are affected and infected with HIV/AIDS.
Assistance and support with registration onto Discovery Medical Aid Programme and the Government Programme for Anti Retrovirals.

A family day will be arranged at an off-site venue. Voluntary Counselling and Testing, Industrial Theatre Training and Health Testing will be carried out for all employees and their families. This is good for team building and interactive team work.
Voluntary Counselling and Testing would be done at the venue at the same time as doing the Theatre training. Please note that training should be made compulsory and testing is completely voluntary.
